Baileys Salted Caramel Milkshake
Ingredients:
Bowl of Ice
40ml Baileys Original Cream
3 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
Caramel Sauce
60ml Double Cream
Baileys Salted Caramel Chocolate Truffles Pouch Pack
Baileys Chocolate Pretzels
Method:
- Melt all the truffles in a bowl.
- Add a teaspoon of hot water to the chocolate to create a smooth paste.
- Drizzle some of the chocolate (save the rest for later) and then the caramel into the inside of the glass. Set this aside in the freezer to set.
- Whip up the cream to a thick consistency, set aside for decorating .
- Combine half of what is left of the melted chocolate into the blender cup along with the Baileys Original Cream.
- Add the ice cream, the milk and 6 cubes of ice.
- Blitz up.
- Pour into the chilled glasses.
- Add a dollop of the whipped double cream to the top.
- Decorate with broken pretzels, truffles, caramel and remaining melted chocolate.
- Enjoy!
