Baileys Salted Caramel Milkshake




Ingredients: 

Bowl of Ice  

40ml Baileys Original Cream  

3 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream  

Caramel Sauce  

60ml Double Cream  

Baileys Salted Caramel Chocolate Truffles Pouch Pack  

Baileys Chocolate Pretzels  

 

Method: 

  1. Melt all the truffles in a bowl.  
  2. Add a teaspoon of hot water to the chocolate to create a smooth paste. 
  3. Drizzle some of the chocolate (save the rest for later) and then the caramel into the inside of the glass. Set this aside in the freezer to set.  
  4. Whip up the cream to a thick consistency, set aside for decorating . 
  5. Combine half of what is left of the melted chocolate into the blender cup along with the Baileys Original Cream.  
  6. Add the ice cream, the milk and 6 cubes of ice.  
  7. Blitz up. 
  8. Pour into the chilled glasses.  
  9. Add a dollop of the whipped double cream to the top.  
  10. Decorate with broken pretzels, truffles, caramel and remaining melted chocolate.  
  11. Enjoy!
