Baileys Chocolate Sundae



Ingredients

60ml Baileys Original Irish Cream

2 large scoops vanilla ice cream (250ml)

102g (1 pouch) Baileys Chocolate Original Mini Delights

 

Equipment

2 Sundae glasses

Jigger

Scoop

Knife

 

Method

  1. Chop up 102g of Baileys Chocolate Original Mini Delight truffles.
  2. Place 50g of the chopped Baileys truffles evenly into each Sundae glass.
  3. Place 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of these chocolates.
  4. Add in another 25g chopped truffles in each glass and add in another scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  5. Pour 60ml Baileys Original Liqueur over the ice cream in each glass.
  6. Top with the remaining 25g chopped truffles, garnish with chocolate syrup and get those spoons to work, enjoy…!
